Steering Committee: an advisory group of prevention professionals that work to develop the infrastructure for V4P which include: resource allocation, primary objectives and providing guidance on key issues.

Policy Education Committee: Monitor substance related policy in Georgia and bills introduced into legislation. This committee will also collaborate to develop educational materials that may include legislative briefings or awareness/advocacy campaigns to educate grassroots supporters on substance abuse related issues.

Communications Committee: Maintain and frame messaging for social media pages. The committee also leads the workgroup in developing materials to be disseminated to advocates and legislators.

Substance Abuse Prevention Day Planning Committee: Planning and implementing Substance Abuse Prevention Day at the Capitol, which includes developing the program, talking points and identifying speakers.
