SURVEY
WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT, UNMET SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION & SUICIDE PREVENTION NEEDS IN GEORGIA?
Voices for Prevention (V4P )wants to help Georgia’s substance abuse prevention (SAP) and suicide prevention (SP) professionals and volunteers identify which SAP and SP issues informed, experienced prevention professionals and volunteers believe are the most critical prevention issues in need of resolution in our state.
Should a strong consensus exist regarding such issues/needs, V4P would then communicate what those issues/needs are to Georgia’s SAP and SP professionals and volunteers. With the help of its membership and other SAP and SP prevention experts, V4P would then identify and disseminate evidence-based and/or research-based strategies (where such strategies exist) to meet the two top SAP needs and the two top SP needs
In order to find out if a consensus exists among SAP and SP experienced professional and volunteers in Georgia, V4P would greatly appreciate your responding to one or both of the surveys depending on whether you are in the field of substance abuse prevention, the field of suicide prevention, or both. Completion time for each survey is approximately 5 minutes.
